Delete something by mistake and nothing is lost. It waits for you in the bin.
Delete something by mistake and nothing is lost. It waits for you in the bin.
Every list in the app — customers, products, suppliers, formulas, services — works the same way. Swipe a row to the left and it is deleted. On a computer, there is a 🗑️ button on the row instead.
But it is not really gone
At the bottom of every one of those lists there is a 🗑️ Recently deleted line. Tap it and it opens. Everything you deleted is sitting there, whole — the visits, the formulas, the photo, everything.
- Open the 🗑️ Recently deleted line at the bottom of the list.
- Find it, and press ↩︎ Restore.
- It is back in the list, exactly as it was.
TipThis is why you never have to be careful with the swipe. Nothing you do to a list is final until you say so.
CarefulThere is also a Delete forever button in the bin. That one really does erase it, and it cannot be undone. It is the only button in the app that can.
A booking is different, and stronger: it can never be erased at all. Even a cancelled one is kept forever in the Cancellations log, with the reason and the date.
