When the bot books a customer, the booking does not go straight into your calendar. It lands here, on the Approvals page, and waits.

• ✓ Approve — it goes into the calendar, and the customer is told.
• ✗ Deny — it does not. It is written into the Cancellations log with the reason, so there is a record.
